I specialise in natural newborn, maternity and family photography in Southampton with a warm, organic and raw style. Sessions are held in your home or my Southampton-based lifestyle studio. I want to tell your story so that you remember all the little moments while in the blur of sleepless nights, milk-stained clothes and endless nappy changes. Covering areas such as Southampton, New Forest, Lymington, Totton, Bournemouth and Winchester.

I’m one of Southampton’s leading newborn and family photographers and have photographed over 1000 newborns in the span of my 10 year career! I’m so experienced with soothing and calming newborns that all you need to do during the session is feed baby, I even change nappies!

I focus on natural, unposed images of baby and family as I want your images to represent memories that you can go back to over and over because one day you will be wondering just how it was possible that they once fit in your arms.

As a new mother I truly understand how fleeting these precious moments are with your family and I love capturing them in a natural, artistic and genuine way. I love telling the stories of each family and witnessing the enormous love that exists in every home I travel to or in my lifestyle photography studio in Southampton.

I’m professionally trained in newborn photography and safety to ensure your little one is safe and happy! When choosing your Southampton newborn photographer please make sure they are trained in newborn safety, experienced with newborns and insured.

Being a Southampton newborn photographer is not just about taking pictures, it is about knowing how to soothe and handle precious newborns safely while using safe posing and composite images to capture the more difficult poses.

Newborn Photography is best done under 2-3 weeks old as newborns are sleepiest and tiniest at this time. A lifestyle baby session is perfect if you didn't get around to booking a newborn session in the first two weeks and still want to have a session with baby and the family. This type of session can be done at all ages.

I have a range of quality dresses for mums and maternity that you are welcome to use from my Client Closet. I also have a selection of hand-knitted items and blankets for baby to use.

It is important to secure your session early as I book a very limited amount of newborns per month to allow for flexibility with early and late births. Baby already here? Please contact me as I may have last minute availability!
